Your friend may wish to get his degree analyzed by an educational evaluation service. This will tell him whether the degree will meet U.S. accreditation standards. If it not, he would not be required to take an extra courses in business or accounting and be able to go straight to work here. He could also take the exam for his chartered accountant.
